Luciana was raised in Rome through her father and mother - Luciana's father was Manlio Paoluzzi an Italian army officer and her mom was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was at one time Benito Mussolini's lover's wives. The siblings of Luciana are not known. Luciana was a student at an elementary school in the area before going to the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of only two females in the class. The modeling profession began within two years. Then, it was changed after she got her first acting part accidentally when she visited her father's Rome close friend. It was a 2-line character in the film Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey - an actor - was her first spouse. The couple got married in the year 1960 and filmed the film Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana received custody of the children following divorce. The couple had a child boy called Charles which was born June 1961. Between 1962 and 1970 Luciana dated Tony Athony, an actor and producer. Tony was inspired by her work in the film Green Slime and based on that he wrote and produced the mixed Spaghetti Western for which he was a bit of a hit.
