Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. She began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness events at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. One year later at 17 the athlete was granted her pro card. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card and completing her college studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel came back in the year the year of 2015. It was the same as when she was in prior events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance continued to compete for many years and established new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying before completing her studies following her Pro Card award. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. Her finish was 3rd during the event. In summer 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later Ariel stepped on to the Olympia arena and claimed the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's favorite body part for training is the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups on a machine along with bent-over rows. It is common to warm up prior to the actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she works.
